Please list specific items or categories we must not remove without your approval (e.g., bikes, family heirlooms, tools, holiday décor)
Are there types of items you want us to automatically remove without checking in?
Please list any items you'd like us to resell on your behalf, along with your requested selling price for each item. We will split profits with you.
Example: Craftsman toolbox - $150, Mountain bike - $200, Patio furniture set - $300
Items will be stored for 14 days at no charge and listed at your requested price. After 14 days, a storage fee of $15 applies. We will hold items for up to 2 months. Any items that don't sell after 2 months will be donated.
These rules guide our decisions during the clean-out (Choose one):
If it's broken → remove. If it's a duplicate → keep the best. If unused 2+ years → remove.
Items you've specifically listed for resale will be sold. We'll also identify other valuable items you may have overlooked and reach out about potential resale opportunities. Everything else → remove.
Nothing leaves without explicit approval.
